RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Iron-Willed Work Wear.
Because all of our products are custom-made and decorated specifically for each customer, all sales are final once production has begun.
Returns & Cancellations
Custom embroidered and printed apparel cannot be returned or refunded due to:

Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

Customer changes of mind
-
Changes to artwork, logos, colors, or garment selections after approval
-
Orders no longer being needed after production begins
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all mockups, artwork, garment selections, quantities, and sizes before production starts.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:

Defective
-
Damaged during production
-
Produced differently than the approved mockup
-
Incorrect due to our error
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@ironwilledworkwear.com.
To help us evaluate the issue, please include:

Your order number
-
A description of the issue

Clear photos of the affected item(s)
If the issue is determined to be our error, we will repair, replace, or reprint the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
Production Approval
By approving your mockup and artwork, you acknowledge that:

Logo placement has been reviewed
-
Artwork has been approved
-
Garment selections have been approved
-
Quantities and sizes have been approved
Iron-Willed Work Wear is not responsible for errors that were present on an approved mockup.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for custom products once production has started.
If a refund is approved due to an error on our part and a replacement is not feasible, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
