This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, and shipped.
Production Times
All products are made to order.
Estimated production times:
- DTF Printed Apparel: 1–3 business days
- Embroidery Orders: 3–7 business days
- Large Bulk Orders (50+ items): Production time may vary depending on quantity and garment availability
Production begins after:
- Payment is received
- Artwork/mockup is approved (if applicable)
- Garment availability is confirmed
During high-volume periods, turnaround times may extend slightly.
Production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production times may vary based on order volume, garment availability, supplier delays, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping options may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited Shipping
- Local delivery/pickup options (when available)
Shipping speed is selected during checkout.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. Iron-Willed Work Wear LLC is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a shipment is in transit.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Bulk Orders
For larger company or team orders:
- Orders may ship in multiple packages
- Production and delivery timelines may vary based on garment inventory and order complexity
If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with replacement or timeline options.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order size
- Weight
- Delivery location
- Shipping method selected
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and are subject to change.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated timelines, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, supply shortages, or other events outside our control are not guaranteed delivery failures.
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. Iron-Willed Work Wear LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
- Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.
Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Local Pickup (If Available)
Local pickup instructions will be provided after your order is ready.
Customers must pick up orders within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

Production begins only after payment and any required artwork or mockup approvals have been received. Delays in approving artwork may delay production and shipment timelines.
